CDK Family Medicine and Walk-In Clinic was opened on June 1, 2010 by Dr. Chris Kozanitis.

Unlike most family practices in Kingston, in addition to seeing our rostered patients for scheduled appointments, the clinic is also open to walk-in patients during clinic hours.  We have two locations to serve the Kingston community and surrounding areas for patients who do not have family doctors.

We are a traditional family medicine practice with a parallel walk-in clinic. The walk-in component was designed to increase accessibility of healthcare to those without family doctors and to lessen the burden of non-emergent issues flooding the HDH ER. The walk-in clinic is open to everyone without a family doctor and individuals with same-day urgent issues.

We also value comprehensive family medicine for our rostered patients. Our goal is to offer total care to patients in every stage of life, whether it be newborns, pediatrics, adolescence, obstetrics, adult or geriatrics. We try our best to ensure continuity of care to our rostered patients.
